Move!

Get up off your butt and move! Get your circulation going! Whether you walk, jog, swim, etc...just move it! Put on some music and dance, or take up yoga or Tai Chi. Something, anything helps to circulate your blood and keeps you limber.


I use a rebounder and bounce around a few times a day. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, park at the back of the parking lot and get in a few more steps. It's your choice, just know that any movement is good for you. We have spent way too much time on the couch or the easy chair, we work more desk jobs than ever before and a lot of our health issues stem from this. So just find something you like and do it.


Take it easy though...if you over do it, you will get sore and stop...just do a little bit and add a bit at a time. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!
