Detoxing your body is something should do for yourself. We are bombarded with toxins every day...in our food, in our water, in our air, in our beauty products, etc...and there are many ways to do it. I will post a different one every so often.
This is one I have used in the past and am now bringing back into my life. It is very simple, you add a Tablespoon or two of lemon juice to 8 ounces of filtered water and add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Then Drink up! Cayenne pepper is good for you digestion and lemon helps alkalize your body as well as detoxing it. Enjoy!
