Fun Friday~Rays of the Dawn

This is one of my current reads...and I can't say enough about it! This is a easy to read book, short chapters, but really gives you insight into the human experience. It goes through the basics, nutrition, relaxation, movement, etc...

It was first published in 1948, and it talks about the Natural laws of the Body, Mind and Soul. And those are the divisions of the book. I recommend this one highly!
