Remember to Breathe!

We need to breathe to live, but we should be doing slow breathing. With stress and strain we shallow breathe. Take a moment or two each day and just breathe slowly in through your nose and out through you mouth, Do this 5 to 10 times at a go and you will feel calmer and better over all. Want to get really into it? There are tons of books and DVDs can search You Tube for videos for free. Find something that speaks to you and go for it!

Yoga, Tai chi, etc...all have breath work included, if you want to add movement to the mix. Your body needs oxygen to operate at optimal levels, give it a chance to do it's job.

Remember to be kind to yourself and be kind to others.
